MT Distribuzione’s decision to construct “BTrade26’’, their new state-of-the-art headquarters, was driven by a vision of sustainability, innovation, and energy efficiency. The previous building could not longer support the company’s evolving needs and commitment to environmental responsibility. BTrade26 marks a major advance in both technology and sustainability. One of the primary motivations behind this ambitious project was to create a building that truly embodies MT Distribuzione’s core values and expertise in home and building automation.

MT Distribuzione Srl selected Intesis products for their BTrade26 project for several compelling reasons. First and foremost, the company was looking for a solution that could seamlessly integrate with its advanced building automation system, which is based on the KNX standard. The “BTrade26” building incorporates advanced domotic integration using the KNX standard. The Intesis 700series Air gateway was specifically integrated to optimize the control of the HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) system and the controlled mechanical ventilation (VMC) system.
This integration allows for efficient and coordinated management of HVAC devices throughout the structure, maximizing energy efficiency while improving indoor air quality.
