HMS is one of Sweden’s "Career Companies of the Year 2023"

HMS Networks in Halmstad is one of the companies named "Career Company of the Year 2023." This is an award for employers who offer unique career and development opportunities both for newly graduated students and for young employees who have already worked for a few years. The purpose of the Career Companies is to make it easier for Sweden's students and young professionals to find their next employer and to reward successful employer branding work.

This year's list consists of both familiar names and brands that have built a strong employer brand over a long period of time, and some newcomers that have expanded their strategic work in 2022.

Recently, HMS has developed its employer brand and is doing so with gusto. We see an exciting company culture and it is noticeable that the employees enjoy it. HMS offers a challenging and rewarding workplace that attracts junior and senior talent. It is a company that is at the forefront of technology and thus offers employees room for development.
