For the third year in a row, HMS Networks in Halmstad is named career company of the year. This is an award for employers who offer unique career and development opportunities both for newly graduated students and for young employees who have already worked for a few years. The purpose of the Career Companies is to make it easier for Sweden's students and young professionals to find their next employer and to reward successful employer branding work.

The jury decides:
In the final stage, the jury meets and together they select the top employers who will be next year's Career Companies. The number of Career Companies may, of course, vary from year to year depending on the quality and the jury's assessment.
