The Universal Infrared (IR)-Modbus RTU device allows complete and natural integration of any air conditioner unit equipped with an infrared receiver into Modbus RTU systems. Thanks to the device's capability of emitting and receiving IR signals, the AC unit can be controlled simultaneously by both the Modbus RTU system and the IR remote.
The interface supports both BACnet MS/TP and Modbus RTU protocols.
A room temperature sensor and a humidity sensor are built into the interface.
An auto-learn function is available to set the IR remote controller configuration automatically.
The AC unit can be simultaneously controlled by the manufacturer's remote controller and Modbus RTU.
