Looking at ATEX certificate DEMKO, the product reference is for example AWB2, and the Model AWB2A or AWB2B is described. Is it the same product model for AWB2000 and AWB2030 ?
How can this be clearly explained to a customer or Notified Body as part of the certification process?
ANSWER
So basically the model’s names AWB1, AWB15 and AWB2 are intended for Anybus Wireless Bolts and AWB3 for Anybus Wireless Bridge II.
--> AWB1BA, AWB2A, AWB2B and AWB3A etc... are just model's name options.
- Anybus Wireless Bolt IoT (AWB1xxx) with model's name --> AWB1.
- Anybus Wireless Bolt LTE (AWB15xx) with model's name --> AWB15.
Model's name option here is AWB1BB.
- Anybus Wireless Bolt Ethernet RJ45 PoE, Serial, CAN (AWB2xxx) with model's name --> AWB2
