PROBLEM
It is not possible to assign more than 500 Bytes in Rockwell Studio 5000.
ANSWER
The reason that it is not possible is simply Rockwell doesn't support large forward open service with Class 1 connections.
To be able to assign more than 500 bytes, it is necessary to use a Class 3 connection as it is explained in the video below.
