Where are the QuickConnect logs for my Ewon Netbiter stored

This article provides details on where to find the logs for my QuickConnect software.

QUESTION

Where can logs for my QuickConnect software be found?  

 

 

ANSWER

Logs are located in C:\ProgramData\HMS\QuickConnect.  

If additional logging is required by support you can launch Quickconnect from C:\Program Files (x86)\HMS\QuickConnect/Quickconnect (extra logging)

 

If the Netbiter is purchased from HMS directly, please create a ticket in HMS Support Portal to get help. If purchased from a local distributor, please contact the distributor for help.

In both cases, attach the log files and a short description of the issue you are experiencing, with your request.
