Why doesn't my Netbiter come online on Argos using a SIM card?
ANSWER
Please check the LEDs:
If Modem LED:
- OFF - Modem disabled. Please enable modem on local web pages.
- Steady red - Modem failure See the User Manual for more information.
- Flashing red - SIM card failure Check that the SIM card is correctly inserted and not damaged.
- Steady orange - PIN code enabled on SIM card. Disable PIN code on the SIM card.
- Flashing orange - No APN server specified. Set the APN (Access Point Name) from the local web page or send APN configuration SMS from Argos.
- Steady green - Modem registered on mobile network.
If Uplink LED:
- Steady green - Connected to Internet
- Steady red - Incorrect APN or data traffic on SIM not enabled.
- Flashing red - Unable to connect to Internet. See "Steady red"
