ISSUE
On M2Web, you may encounter an error when you try to open an HMI view.
Instead of seeing the view that is normally displayed by your HMI, you'll have this error message :
ANSWER
To fix it, first log in eCatcher.
Then select the Ewon which is connected to your HMI and go to
Properties>LAN & Firewall>Click on "Configure LAN Devices & Firewall"
Now select your HMI in the list of the LAN devices and click on "Properties"
On the newly opened window, first select the HTTP or HTTPS option (even if you are using other protocols like VNC).
In the home page field, you might see a name containing "localhost". Delete the content of this field.
When you are done, select back the protocol that your HMI is using (HTTP, VNC...) then press OK.
Finally, log out of your T2M account and wait for 20 minutes for the configuration to be updated.
Then you can go to M2Web and see if the issue is fixed.
If not, please try the same procedure but first delete and re-create the LAN device in the configuration of your Ewon.
