ETS download failed on Intesis KNX gateway

This article will be described what should be done in case the KNX gateway doesn't respond to the ETS program download.

SYMPTOM

There are cases where the KNX application cannot be downloaded successfully in the initial programming of the gateway, especially in large installations.

 

SOLUTION

 

Is suggest isolating the gateway from the KNX bus for the initial download. Please set up a basic installation (the KNX power supply, the KNX PC Interface, and the gateway). Then perform the initial programming, after the first successful programming, you can work on the installation normally.

 

Note: The first download may take up to 30 minutes.
