HMS updates its Privacy Policy

From 25 May, your personal data held by companies will be better protected than ever before. That's because the European Union's GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), which lays down essential obligations for companies with regards to data protection, will enter into force on that date.

From 25 May, your personal data held by companies will be better protected than ever before. That's because the European Union's GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), which lays down essential obligations for companies with regards to data protection, will enter into force on that date.

To this purpose, HMS has updated its Privacy Policies to inform all its customers and suppliers worldwide, not just within the European Union (EU), about how personally identifiable information is handled.

The purpose is to provide clear and transparent information about what data HMS collects, why, how it is processed and your data rights.
