HMS acquires the remaining minority shareholding of Intellicom Innovation AB.

HMS Networks AB that since 1997 owns 52% of the shares and votes in Intellicom
Innovation AB is now acquiring the remaining 48% of the company. Sellers are the
founders of the company of which three people remains operative in the areas of
technical development and sales.

Intellicom Innovation AB develops systems for remote control and management of
industrial devices and machines. Intellicom has developed the Netbiter product
family which recently seen a breakthrough in the market for industrial M2M
(machine-to-machine) communication where the company has a number of
international customers.

has been qualified in several substantial installations around the world and we
are now prepared for a more aggressive sales and marketing effort. To have
access to the HMS international sales organization including subsidiaries in our
most important market areas and distributors in more than 50 countries will give
us the opportunity to reach customers and applications optimal for our Netbiter

Intellicom Innovation AB reports a SEK 25m turnover and employs 17 people.
Intellicom was also previously consolidated in the HMS Group accounts and
consequently the acquisition will not affect the turnover of the group. As of
the date of the acquisition on January 14, 2011 the Intellicom net profit will
be consolidated to 100%.
