HMS Networks is proud to announce that the Anybus Wireless Bolt 5G has successfully passed Siemens' Device Interoperability Testing for 5G products. This achievement makes HMS the first partner in Siemens' new partner program and the Anybus Wireless Bolt 5G the first product to receive this certification.
Next week, the Anybus Wireless Bolt 5G will be showcased at both Siemens' booth and the 5G-ACIA booth at Hannover Messe in Germany. Siemens' 5G portfolio includes private 5G infrastructure and industrial routers designed for seamless device connectivity
With built-in antennas, an industrial-grade, IP-rated design, and support for the latest 5G technology (3GPP Release 16), the Anybus Wireless Bolt 5G is well-suited for demanding industrial applications. Combined with the Anybus Tunnel Gateway, it enables secure and reliable transmission of industrial Ethernet protocols, including PROFINET, over 5G networks.
"We’re excited to start this partnership, bringing our expertise in industrial wireless solutions to support the adoption of private 5G networks. Siemens has recognized our active role in 5G and sees the Anybus Bolt 5G as a strong complement to their offering," says Henrik Arleving, Anybus Wireless Product Manager.
This achievement follows Ericsson Verified approval, further establishing the Anybus Wireless Bolt 5G as a leading solution for industrial wireless connectivity.
