Position Summary

The Product Manager is responsible for owning product lines from conception through launch and managing the product lifecycle. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful development and delivery of products that meet market demands and align with business goals. 

The Product Manager will work within our Industrial Data Solutions (IDS) division that provides solutions for connecting, securing, diagnosing, and visualizing data in industrial applications



Essential Job Functions

•        Develop and execute a future-proof product vision, strategy and roadmap for assigned product lines. Accountable for product success meeting profitability, performance and revenue targets.

•        Understand your target market and market problems to drive product positioning considering product, price, place, promotion

•        Manage the product lifecycle, including planning and post-launch support.

•        Establish relationships with key customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure product alignment with customer needs.

•        Lead product launch efforts, coordinating marketing and sales enablement activities.

•        Own the responsibility of cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, and support to ensure product success



Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, preferred
3+ years of experience in product management, preferably within the technology or software industry
Proven experience in managing all aspects of a product lifecycle
Strong analytical, leadership, and organizational skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication.




Travel
The role will require 30% travel, domestic & International
