APPLICABLE PRODUCTS Anybus Wireless Bridge II - Ethernet (AWB3000 and AWB3010)  Anybus Wireless Bolt - Ethernet RJ45 PoE (AWB2030)  Anybus Wireless Bolt LTE (AWB1500)  Anybus Wireless Bolt IoT (AWB1000)  Anybus Wireless Bolt Serial (AWB2010)  Anybus Wireless Bolt CAN (AWB2020)  ISSUE IPConfig does not find Wireless Bolt or Bridge   POSSIBLE CAUSES Make sure the latest version of IPConfig is installed: The latest version can be download here or from https://www.anybus.com/support.  , Make sure the utility is scanning the correct adapter/interface: Select the gear icon in the upper right-hand corner: A specific interface to scan with or all interfaces can be selected: When the Bolt/Bridge is found, it can be selected to change its IP configuration, if necessary, so that the web interface can be reached.  , Verify that the Bolt is powered on and the LEDs are lit up (these can be seen through the reset hole on the bottom of the Bolt)., In the Network Adapters list, other active adapters can be temporarily disabled (including WiFi): If the problem persists, the Bolt should be reset to it's default settings., The web interface should now be manually accessible using a browser., IPConfig doesn't find Wireless Bolt or Bridge
