This article describes the steps to help access an Ewon when locally connected to the LAN side of the device, but the Ewon does not show listed on eBuddy or the Ewon's web interface cannot be reached through eBuddy.
List of the product groups/specific articles affected:

To make sure your PC IP address is within the same subnet as your Ewon, please do the following:
Search for “Network Connections” on your windows menu
Identify the Ewon’s ethernet connection and double click on it
Double click on “Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4)”
Use an IP address with the same subnet as the Ewon. For example, if your Ewon LAN IP address is 192.168.2.1 and its mask is 255.255.255.0, then your PC IP address should be 192.168.2.x, where x = any number between 2 and 254, and its mask 255.255.255.0.
Now that you are connected to the right port and your PC IP address is in the same subnet as the Ewon, you should be able to access the web interface of the Ewon.
