As announced, we have migrated our Talk2m VPN infrastructure to new IP endpoints. This maintenance was carried out from September to December 2024.
While this upgrade enhances performance and security, it also comes with some changes that might have impacted some of your Ewon devices and Ecatcher usage.

ISSUE
After this maintenance, some of my Ewon devices are not coming back online in my Talk2m account.
POSSIBLE CAUSES
This issue is most likely caused by one of the two following reasons :
- The on-site firewall does not allow the new VPN Server IP addresses. In this case, we recommend the review of our Talk2m onsite firewall requirements page : https://help.ewon.biz/ecatcher/help/en/talk2m-onsite-firewall-requirements.html
- In case you see some Cosy+ offline and the onsite firewall settings are up to date, the issue might be due to an old firmware running in the Cosy+. In this case, a local power cycle of the device might be needed to recover the connection. Once the device is back online, we highly recommend to upgrade your Ewon Cosy+ to 22.1s3 or higher to prevent future issues.
