Our products allow users to select cellular standards such as 4G or 3G, but not specific frequency bands within those standards. The available frequency bands are further restricted by the chosen mobile carrier.
Cosy & Flexy
Some of our devices and extension cards provide fallback options to switch to 3G or even 2G when the LTE signal weakens. For example:

Additionally, some countries have begun phasing out older network technologies. As a result, fallback functionality may not be available in certain locations, even if your device supports it.
Currently, there isn't an option to manually select or prioritize LTE, 3G, or 2G bands (frequencys like B2 or B12) on these devices. They automatically attempt to connect to the optimal band based on the SIM card and carrier configuration. The carrier chosen restricts the possible Bands the Ewon will try to connect to.
To see which frequency bands your carrier operates on, you can use webpages like Frequencycheck (see link below)
If the required bands don’t align with the frequency bands offered by the device you have, you will need to deploy a different device that covers those frequencies.
Once your device connects, you can view the signal strength, usually shown as "bars" on the Cosy or Flexy home screen. While you can also check additional details under Menu > Status > System We currently don't display specific frequency bands there.
