Why is my APN configuration SMS for my Netbiter not delivered?
ANSWER
The APN configuration is sent to the Netbiter via an SMS from Argos. Depending on the operator and geographical location, the time to deliver an SMS can vary (up to several hours). The SMS messages sent from Argos has also a time to live that is set to 2 hours.
Troubleshoot:
- Check that you have the correct APN information
- Check that you have the correct phone number for the SIM card.
- Ensure that the Netbiter has mobile coverage.
- Verify that the SIM card support SMS either by contacting your SIM card provider or verify the functionality using a mobile phone.
- Last thing to do is to login locally and check that the modem is enabled.
