How to Add a Custom Certificate to the Ewon to GET / PUT HTTPS Request

This article describes a method to add a custom certificate to the Ewon User directory to communicate with your server through HTTPS.

APPLICABLE PODUCTS

This article is applicable to:

• Ewon Flexy 201 and 205

IN THIS ARTICLE:

 In order to add a custom certificate to the Ewon, please follow the steps below:

1. FTP into your Ewon user directory /usr/
2. Create a folder called “certificates” inside the usr folder
3. Add your custom certificate to the certificates folder you just created

       4. Go to your Ewon’s web interface

       5. Navigate under Setup ->System -> Storage -> Tabular edition -> Edit SYSTEM cfg -> search for HttpCertDir -> place the path to your certificate location "/usr/certificates" -> click save -> reboot your device
