How to Fix  eCatcher's Blank Login Window

This article describes the steps to fix a graphic error that occurs on eCatcher where the login window does not show an option to insert the login credentials, showing instead a blank space.

IN THIS ARTICLE

This issue usually occurs when installing eCatcher for the first time or sometimes when upgrading eCatcher to the latest version. To solve this graphic error to be able to login into your Talk2M account using eCatcher, please follow the steps below:

  1. Uninstall all versions of eCatcher from the PC (also, please delete all files left in the install directory for eCatcher -C:\Program Files (x86)\eCatcher-Talk2M)
  2. Reboot your PC
  3. Install eCatcher (newest version)
  4. Reboot your PC (again)
  5. Run eCatcher
