This article shows you how to create a serial Log on the ABC3xxx series and how to save it. So that you can share it with the Technical Support Team afterward.

Access to the Web interface of the ABC3xxx
IN THIS ARTICLE
The log can be created via the menu bar "Diagnostics"(1) -> "Serial RS-232/485"(2).
Then start the recording via "Start" (3), Stop it after approx. 1-2 min. and export it via "Export" (4).
This will Download an .XLXS file that can be shared.
