This Article shows you what you can do if your MAPS-configured Gateway is no longer reachable after an IP Address change via MAPS and what the possible cause is.
After downloading the configuration via the Intesis MAPS software to the gateway, the gateway is no longer accessible via Ethernet.
Check if you have entered something in the Default Gateway field. If yes, make sure that the IP address entered is actually a gateway with routing capabilities (e.g. a router). If it is not, empty the field.
For devices with a USB port, connect to the gateway through this port to download the modified configuration.
For devices without USB port, perform a factory reset and then download the configuration.
